We charge one flat fee of $8.95 for shipping and handling within the United States, regardless of the size of the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to all United States addresses via U.P.S. Rush delivery is available for an additional charge. Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and international deliveries will also incur additional shipping and handling charges. For shipping quotes, please feel free to e-mail us at customerservice@queenchristine.com. Purchases to any address within the state of Illinois will be charged state sales tax of 6.25%. Sales tax is not charged for purchases outside of Illinois. Please keep in mind that because of our low prices we cannot issue refunds on any purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we would be more than happy to exchange it for something else within 10 days of receipt. Positively no exchanges will be given after 10 days. Any items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for an exchange. If you are seeking an exchange, please repack unworn items carefully in the original box.
